The artists
Takuto Kadokura worked as a pattern maker for COMME des GARÇONS before becoming a full-time painter. PROT is known for creating one-of-a-kind artwear by restoring and reconstructing vintage denim and traditional Japanese boro textiles. Both studied together at Musashino Art University, and this exhibition marks the first public presentation of their collaborative work.
