Exhibition

Recently, Ohno has focused on the theme of 'family,' exploring the evolving and updating relationships within it. This approach is reflected in the exhibition title, inspired by the subtle changes in the taste of soup made by family each morning.

Ayako Ohno has consistently worked with stone, transforming natural landscapes, daily behaviors, and the figures of close people into forms. Her works use the heavy and solid material of stone to achieve light and graceful expressions.

Born in 1983 in Saitama Prefecture, currently resides in the same prefecture. Graduated from the Department of Sculpture, Faculty of Art, Joshi Women's Art University, and completed her master's degree in the Sculpture Department at the Graduate School of Art, Tokyo University of the Arts.
