About this exhibition
Expanding on previous expressions, incorporating more impulsive abstract paint traces and unique texts emerging from the artist's inner world.
The artist
Starting from monochrome film street snapshots, capturing people, walls, traces, and accumulated time in the city. The artist overlays text and oil paint on photographs, creating a fusion of memory, lyrics, and landscape.
Ryuhei Yokoyama is holding his first solo exhibition in Tokyo in about 1.5 years.
