About this exhibition
the exhibition features new works based on a single digital motif that is transformed through various physical and digital processes, exploring the concept of 'the same thing' in different forms.
The artist
uses vibrant colors and motifs like stripes and dots to explore the basics of painting, such as color, shape, and composition, while continuously questioning the relationship between visual perception and painting.
born in 1978 in Fukui Prefecture; graduated from the Faculty of Art, Musashino Art University in 2024; has held solo exhibitions at HAGIWARA PROJECTS, Tokyo Opera City Art Gallery, and others.
