About this exhibition
This show features new works based on mythical creatures such as cat-like yokai and nine-tailed foxes, in addition to the 'moke moke mono' series.
The artist
Uses accumulated memories from worn clothing as primary material, hand-sewing each piece together to create hybrid sculptures that cross the concepts of stuffed animals, dolls, and sculpture.
